Past: Philippines trip

December 12th, 2008 by wp0102

Last time, I haven’t quite mentioned about trip to bohol when I was @ philippines. Well, for the trip to bohol island from philippine, it cost about 200 USD but then, i think it worthed.

that is one of the most memorable trip I ‘ve in my life. thanks to WEOPI staffs, and Catherine who brought us to that island. We had a great time visiting philippine. We ate @ one of the resto called “bohol bee farm” . It is actually a farm name, but then they opened a store at the mall, and name it after the farm. They serves exotic food, like flowers, honey, ginger coffee, etc.

Then we went to see the world’s smallest monkey. I forget what it is called, so you can go and search google for it (lol ^_^), butterfly farm, man made forrest and last but not least, chocolate hills.

the name chocolate hills was given coz during dry season, the hills are brown coloured, chocolate bars aliked, but during wet season, they becomes green.

feel free to browse some of the pics here :

Come Back

December 11th, 2008 by wp0102

Hi all,

It has been a long time since the last blog.

And after I read all of my past blogs, I find that my blogs mostly are complaining about stuffs that went wrong. So I’m thinking why don’t I start writing about good stuffs instead of the bad one. It’s the good one that need to be remembered, not the bad one. Hopefully I have a lot to write about my life in the future.

Thanks for all those who open this blog and reading them for these past few months.

Bad Luck

August 13th, 2007 by wp0102

Here i’m again writing my blog in english.

Though it is killing me, i keep writing in english. Quite hard to write in english, since i have to keep checking the dictionary for words that i want to use :)

Let’s start , shall we?

Well, last week has been a total disaster for me. Starting from 5th August ‘07, I crashed my car, and broke the bumper a little :) . Since the car has been insured, it is no big deal. but it’s just the beginning as on Friday, 10th August ‘07, one of the tire just went wrong, and i ended up replacing a new tire.

On the saturday, 11th August ‘07, my friends and i went to pantai cermin. guess what? the car went completely wrong, and the engine stopped couple times just on our way heading to the beach.

Finally we reached the beach, and we played there happily, but suddenly I realize that my K800i, was in my pocket and I’d been playing in the water for about 30 minutes. OMG… then, i quickly rinsed the handphone with water, sinking it into water couple times, hoping that it can still be ok. Well, this was my first time sinking my phone into water on purpose. Guess things just couldn’t get any worse than this.

On our way back to medan, the car also went wrong, couple times, luckily we were still able to get back to medan "alive"…Geez, don’t know what to do if the car broke down on our way home, maybe we could end up home by using taxi  :) . Though the car ended up in a bad shape, really glad that the car didn’t turn us down. LoLz.

Then afterwards, I was thinking if these were all coinsidental, or if these were merely bad luck. At least i learned my lesson for not playing on the beach with my phone on my pocket. Salt water has really bad effect on steel or metal.

POS INDONESIA? Meragukan

August 13th, 2007 by wp0102

Semoga aja benar.

Peace

Telkom Flexi, Bukan Telepon Biasa

July 8th, 2007 by wp0102

- Network nya bisa down tiba tiba.

Ampun deh kalo telp ke flexi. Voice mail mulu. Udah gitu kena biaya lagi. Apakah saking ga ada nya pendapatan, sampe perlu cara gitu yah buat naikin omset? kl memang jaringannya ga sanggup utk menahan banyaknya call yg ada, kenapa kartu perdananya di jual terus yah.

For me, Star One is still the best CDMA provider in Medan. How ’bout you guys? yg mana menurut teman2, provider CDMA yg paling fav dan bagus utk di gunakan?

Damn…I hate beggars

June 27th, 2007 by wp0102

Not that I have grudge against them, but I really hate those fake beggars that always beg on several places. why do they have to beg anyway? seems like they are perfectly normal, and they can walk also. Why can’t they just go out and find a normal job?

If that person is really homeless or having economic difficulty to buy food and drinks, I can understand that. But…If the beggars always wait on one spot and whinning about same thing everyday, I won’t give anything to them. For Example : the one carrying a child on jalan sumatera simpang jambi, always ask for money to buy milk for her child. What kind of mother that bring her little child with her to beg? I think that even if she didn’t have money to buy milk for her child, she shouldn’t have brought her child with her.

On the contrary, some homeless ppl near my home, never beg for food or drinks, but they seems to be able to manage it on their own. I prefer to give my money to those homeless ppl than to those we usually see on traffic lights.

SO….FAKE BEGGARS, JUST go out there and try to earn your own money.

Eye exercise

April 1st, 2007 by wp0102

Exercise 1 Move your eyes upwards as far as you can, and then downwards as far as you can. Repeat four more times. Blink quickly a few times 1 to relax the eye muscles.

Exercise 2 Now do the same using points to your right and to your left, at eye level. Keep your raised fingers or two pencils on each side as guides and adjust them so that you can see them clearly when moving the eyes to the right and to the left, but without straining. Keeping the fingers at eye level, and moving only the eyes, look to the right at your chosen point, then to the left. Repeat four times. Blink several times, then close your eyes and rest.

Exercise 3 Choose a point you can see from the right corner of your eyes when you raise them, and another that you can see from the left corner of your eyes when you lower them, half closing the lids. Remember to retain your original posture: spine erect, hands on knees, head straight and motionless. Look at your chosen point in right corner up, then to the one in left corner down. Repeat four times. Blink several times. Close the eyes and rest. Now do the same exercise in reverse. That is, first look to the left corner up, then to the right corner down. Repeat four times. Blink several times. Close the eyes and rest.

Exercise 4 This exercise should not be done until three or four days after you have begun eye exercises given here. Slowly roll your eyes first clockwise, then counterclockwise as follows: Lower your eyes and look at the floor, then slowly move the eyes to the left, higher and higher until you see the ceiling. Now continue circling to the right, lower and lower down, until you see the floor again. Do this slowly, making a full-vision circle. Blink, close your eyes and rest. Then repeat the same action counterclockwise. Do this five times then blink the eyes for at least five seconds. When rolling the eyes, make as large a circle as possible, so that you feet a little strain as you do the exercise. This stretches the eye muscles to the maximum extent, giving better results.

Exercise 5 Next comes a changing-vision exercise. While doing it you alternately shift your vision from close to distant points several times. Take a pencil, or use your finger, and hold it under the tip of your nose. Then start moving it away, without raising it, until you have fixed it at the closest possible distance where you can see it clearly without any blur. Then raise your eyes a little, look straight into the distance and there find a small point which you can also see very clearly. Now look at the closer point-the pencil or your finger tip then shift to the farther point in the distance. Repeat several times, blink, close your eyes and squeeze them tight.

Exercise 6 Close your eyes as tightly as you possibly can. Really squeeze the eyes, so the eye muscles contract. Hold this contraction for three seconds, and then let go quickly. This exercise causes a deep relaxation of the eye muscles, and is especially beneficial after the slight strain caused by the eye exercises. Blink the eyes a few times.

Exercise 7 This exercise is called ‘palming’ and is very relaxing to the eyes. It is also most important for preserving the eyesight. Palming also has a beneficial, relaxing effect on your nervous system. It’s an ideal way to finish off the eye exercises. Remain seated on the floor. Draw up your knees, keeping your feet on the floor and slightly apart. Now briskly rub your palms to charge them with electricity and place the cupped palms over your closed eyes. The fingers of the right hand should be crossed over the fingers of the left hand on the forehead. The elbows should rest on your raised knees and the neck should be kept straight. Don’t bend your head. Do the deep breathing while palming your eyes. If you are going to do the palming for longer than a few minutes, better sit down at a table, place some books or pillows in front of you to support your elbows so that you will be able to keep the neck straight, and palm the eyes in this position. If the palming is done for only a short period one can do deep breathing for half a minute or so at first, gradually increasing it every week.

Katanya bisa menurunkan minus mata kita. Mudah mudahan berhasil ya.

mata rabun?

March 29th, 2007 by wp0102

Hahaha Back from a Trip

March 27th, 2007 by wp0102

Since it’s not holiday, lumayan sepi loh.

Airport yg katanya Duty free? perfume is cheap, liquor is also ok loh.

Maybe next time Mau ngetes yg level 3.
